Kathleen joined Domain at its inception in 1985 as chief financial officer, and she became a partner in 1992.
Kathleen oversees the financial and administrative aspects of Domain and the funds that it manages. She is responsible for investor liaison, financial reporting, and the monitoring of legal, tax and SEC developments and changes that
t affect industry practices. Kathleen has developed the information systems that enable Domain to effectively track its portfolio investments, and she also serves as a financial information resource for many of the start-up companies in which Domain invests.
