Tom Wang is the Founder and CEO at Cicada Speech.
He has over 12 years of experience in software development and engineering management. Prior to Vobile, he was Video Architect and Engineering Manager at WebEx Communications (acquired by Cisco). He was responsible for WebEx Connect platform development and led new product and service prototyping
effort. Earlier, he was Lead Software Engineer at WebTV Networks (acquired by Microsoft) and Senior Software Engineer at Philips Multimedia Center. Tom earned MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of California and BS degree from Tsinghua University.
