Robert M. Weiss provides legal and strategic advice on commercial IT matters, and represents clients worldwide in a variety of complex technology transactions, including systems integrations, infrastructure and business process outsourcings, technology development and licensing projects, ERP implementations, cloud computing and web hosting
arrangements, data center and co-location agreements and telecommunications procurements. Rob also advises clients on e-commerce, corporate finance and joint venture transactions. Rob’s work for clients extends across a broad range of sectors, but he has particularly deep experience in the healthcare, financial services, hospitality, and transportation industries.
