Peary Spaght is a Founding Partner of Fletcher Spaght Ventures. He is also the President of Fletcher Spaght, Inc. where he leads the High Technology and Corporate Growth practices and specializes in working with companies to develop their strategic vision. In addition to involvement in both technology and healthcare-based investments, Peary is
responsible for cultivating relationships with buyout funds specializing in acquiring “mid-tech” and healthcare companies, investments that leverage FSI’s practice groups and extensive subject-matter expertise.
Prior to joining FSI in 1986, Peary was Vice President Corporate Strategy and International for Raymark Corporation, a worldwide manufacturer of friction materials. Previously, Peary was a Senior Manager at The Boston Consulting Group, where he led strategy studies for a wide variety of industrial and technology-based corporations.
