Max is responsible for Nines's finance and legal departments. Prior to Nines, Max was CFO and GC for Alation, Inc. where he led finance, HR, legal, and IT. Before Alation, Max was general counsel, corporate secretary, and chief privacy officer for Turn Inc. He holds an SB in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT, an MS in Aerospace
Engineering from The University of Michigan, and a JD from Stanford Law School. Max also serves on the Board of OneJustice, a California-wide social justice not-for-profit.
