Marshall Turner, has been an Independent Consultant and Technology Venture Investor of Turner Venture Associates since 1993.
Turner served as the Chief Executive Officer at Toppan Photomasks, Inc. (Former Name: Dupont Photomasks Inc.) from June 25, 2003 to 2005 and also served as its President. From June 1999 to May 2000, he served on an
interim basis at Dupont Photomasks Inc. as Chief Executive Officer.
He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer at MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. from November 12, 2008 to March 2009.
From 1981 to 1998, Turner served as General Partner of Taylor & Turner Associates, Ltd., which itself was a general partner of several venture capital partnerships.
He served as the Chairman of Toppan Photomasks, Inc. since June 25, 2003 and also served on interim basis as the Chairman.
He has been a Director of Global Technology since 1992, and MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. since April 2007.
He has been Director of Xilinx Inc., since March 29, 2007 and ACM Managed Dollar Income Fund, Inc., since March 2006.
He has been a Director of AllianceBernstein Funds and its in Complex Funds since 1992.
He serves as a Director of Linsang Partners, LLC., Intel Corporation, National Datacast, Inc., Cirrus Logic Corporation; Novellus Corporation, Micro Component Technology, Davis Selected Advisers Group of Mutual Funds and LogicVision.
He has been a Trustee of Wealth Appreciation Strategy since 2005.

Turner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Master’s Degree in Product Design from Stanford University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University.
