Prior to AirPair, Maksim was a consultant at Pivotal Labs, where he recognized the effectiveness
of pair programming at transferring knowledge and upskilling engineers. Previously, Maksim founded Dijit Media, and worked at Riverbed Technology and NVIDIA.
