Jonathan is a senior at Stanford University, pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in mechanical design. He ran Product & Distribution at Sension, a visual interface company, making the world more interactive through computer vision. Sension is a Summer@Highland and StartX company and is a Stanford BASES Product Showcase Finalist.
Sension was acquired by GAIA System Solutions Inc. in May 2015.
Before Sension, Jonathan co-founded TruantToday, an EduTech company with the goal bringing students, and government funding, back into the classroom. At TruantToday, Jonathan participated in the TechStars '11 batch, the Obama Startup America Initiative and the NBC Education Nation Summit where TruantToday was voted “Teacher’s Choice.”
Jonathan is Marketing Director at the Asia-Pacific Student Entrepreneurship Society (ASES) at Stanford. During his tenure at ASES, he rebranded the entire ASES image and helped make all of the programs possible.
Jonathan strives for perfection in everything he does. It's a blessing and a curse for him, but it always ends in success. He continues to amaze his peers with his skill and work ethic.
