John Heil has served as one of our directors since February 2002 and previously served as a director from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Heil currently serves as President of United Pet Group, Inc., a global manufacturer and marketer of pet supplies and subsidiary of Spectrum Brands, Inc. Mr. Heil currently serves on Spectrum Brands' Executive Committee.
Prior to joining United Pet Group, Mr. Heil spent twenty-five years with the H. J. Heinz Company in various executive and general management positions including President and Managing Director of Heinz Pet Products and President of Heinz Specialty Pet Foods. Mr. Heil holds a BA degree in economics from Lycoming College.
