John Scully has been a director since October 2003 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in December 2003.
Scully currently serves as managing director of SPO Partners & Co., a private investment firm he co-founded in 1991, and is a director of Plum Creek Timber Company. He also is the Vice Chairman of Stanford Hospital and Clinics. In
addition, Scully is chairman and founder of the Making Waves Educational Program.
Scully holds an A.B. from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
