Prior to joining Comvest, John was a Principal at Bayside Capital, the distressed investing vehicle of HIG Capital. Prior to that, John was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company where he led diligence assignments for some of the largest private equity funds in both the U.S. and Europe.
John holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Stanford University.
