Joe Eandi is the General Partner and Co-Founder of Cyber Mentor Fund. He is currently an entrepreneur in the Silicon Valley. Most recently Joe founded BrightPoint Security (formerly Vorstack) in 2011 and served as it's CEO until 2015. BrightPoint Security was sold to ServiceNow in 2016.
Prior to founding BrightPoint Security, Joe was an EIR
with Foundation Capital. Prior to being an EIR, Joe was an executive at LiveOps for 7 years being a key leader during its high growth phase. Joe held a number of positions at LiveOps most recently serving as the General Manager of the Company's Enterprise Agent business unit and SVP overseeing the 20,000 member agent community. Joe also held the General Counsel position at LiveOps.
Prior to LiveOps, Joe held numerous legal positions at Inktomi. At the time of Inktomi's sale to Yahoo!, Joe was General Counsel. Prior to Inktomi, Joe was a corporate associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati where he represented many successful venture backed and public companies. Joe also is an active angel investor making small investments in exciting early stage start-ups. Joe also is closely involved in philanthropy serving on the Board of of Trustees of The Carey School.
