As General Counsel, Jim is responsible for all legal matters at PlumChoice, including strategic relationships. He also supports the establishment and maintenance of the company's relationships with partners and customers.
A highly accomplished attorney with more than 14 years of experience, Jim brings to PlumChoice extensive background in
corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing law.
Prior to joining PlumChoice, Jim was a partner at the global law firm, Goodwin Procter LLP, where he represented venture capital firms, and technology and high-growth companies in all stages of their life cycles, from formation to initial public offering (IPO), merger or sale. Jim started his legal career at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault.
Jim holds a JD from Boston College Law School, graduating cum laude and a BA from Wheaton College, graduating magna cum laude.
He has been recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer "Rising Star" by Law & Politics and Boston magazines.
He is a member of the American and Boston Bar Associations.
