Mr. J. Andrew Bugas is a Partner at Radar Partners. He is also the Managing Partner of CHT Partners, LLC. Prior to forming CHT Partners in 2002, Mr. Bugas was a Senior Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. At Bear Stearns he was most recently located in London, where Mr. Bugas was a Director of Bear,
Stearns International Limited (BSIL) and co-headed BSIL’s investment banking department. Before joining Bear Stearns in 1993, he was a Member of the Investment Banking Group at The First Boston Corporation. Mr. Bugas serves as a Director of Onfiber Communications, Inc. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Virginia’s Darden School.
