Most enterprises are running on infrastructure designed for a world that no longer exists — fragmented tools, siloed workflows, and human workarounds holding everything together. The cost shows up in slower markets, lost knowledge, and teams spending their best energy on work that machines should own.
I've spent my career fixing that.
The
defining chapter: at Commure, I helped build a full-stack AI healthcare platform from the ground up, raising $500M, scaling across major U.S. health systems, and closing a merger valued at $6 billion. Healthcare is the hardest enterprise environment there is: fragmented data, life-critical workflows, entrenched incumbents. Learning to ship fast, scale trust, and unify broken systems in that context sharpened my conviction that platform thinking beats feature delivery every time — and that the companies who get agent orchestration right will operate at a fundamentally different level than those who don't.
Most recently as CPO at Smartcat, I led the transformation of a category-leading platform into an AI-native, multi-agent system for global enterprise, building the product org, pricing strategy, and GTM motion for that next chapter.
Before that: product and engineering leadership at Salesforce, Adobe, and Microsoft, CPO roles at SOCi and Crisis Text Line, and a thread of founding and advising early-stage ventures throughout. MS in Computer Science from NYU.
I'm now focused on advising, board service, and investing — working with founders and executives navigating the shift from SaaS tooling to agent-orchestrated platforms. I add most value at the intersection of AI product strategy, enterprise GTM, pricing architecture, and org design for scale.
If you're building something at that edge, or looking for a board member or advisor who has been in the room when these bets are made, I'd like to talk.
