Mr. Eli Levy has 35 years of extensive entrepreneurial management experience in the food industry in Israel, currently is a managing partner at Eshbal Trading Ltd, and a major shareholder at Eshbal Functional Foods. Previously, Mr. Levy served for over a decade as CEO at Adumim Food Ingredients, a company developing and manufacturing specialty
ingredients, which traded at TASE during his term. He also served as CEO at Spectrum Chemicals, a specialty chemicals developer and manufacturer, VP Business Development at Rotem Industries and CFO at Rotoplas Ltd. while the company was a subsidiary of Koor Chemicals. Mr. Levy holds a BA in Economics and Statistics from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
