During my work as an IT Manager for a worldwide operating high-tech distribution company I gathered vast experience in managing and delegating IT projects and teams. With a successful integration of diverse digital projects into the businesses core processes I always strive to make the best use of the newest technology, without leaving the aspects of profitability and optimization out of the scope.
During my studies and shortly after, I worked on different big-scale projects with BMWi (Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energy & Innovation), Deutsche Bahn AG and Deutsche Post DHL understanding & learning more about government processes, as well as conventional large corporations — adopting the mindset. Afterward assisting in building up a company from scratch towards go-to-market stage with VREO — dealing with Virtual Reality, Eyetracking HMDs, Blockchain, and embedded in-game advertisement.
Graduated in International Business Administration at the Frankfurts University of Applied Sciences and use my broad knowledge compared with strong cultural diversity understanding to lead projects to perfection and oversee the establishment of diverse strong international partner’s networks for support and cooperation to implement said projects into the world-wide market. Strong decision-making, problem solving and self-motivation capacities. Stress resistant and used to work under pressure.

During my entire life I was travelling and socializing with many other cultures, nationalities and different temperaments - it became my passion. I've spent several years in capital cities like Moscow, Minsk, Budapest, Prague, Limassol, Frankfurt, Hamburg and visited many more. Managed to always integrate myself. This experience lead to my openness towards different nationalities and ensured a global understanding of the important intercultural differences and approaches, which in times of Globalization proves to be key in business.
