Derek Roberti is the VP of Technology, North America at Cognigy. Derek has brought his experience with .NET development, business intelligence and technology training to his engagements with hundreds of Sitecore developers over the past five years. Derek should probably spend his time speaking at technical conferences, thinking visionary thoughts
and building his personal brand on LinkedIn, Facebook and the blogosphere. Instead, he spends his time immersed in Sitecore and its satellite technologies, diving into the day-to-day muck of support cases, working with customers to fit Sitecore into their technical infrastructure and haranguing Product Management to keep pushing the bar on software quality. This technology is too cool, too cutting edge to sit on the sidelines or to pontificate from on-high.
Derek is passionate about making life easier, better, more productive and more fun for Sitecore’s developer community. He continues to plot ways to take the hundreds of thousands of hours of Sitecore’s collective technical support experience and make it available and digestible to Sitecore developers who are just getting started.
