Deborah (Dee) O’Hala joined the Consumer Fund Services Department in December of 2006 as the FSA Administration Leader with P&L ownership of the product. Following the PayFlex acquisition, Dee held the role of Reimbursement Product Manager and more recently, moved into the position of Director of Communications and Public Affairs for the ACFS

products. She brings over 20 years of industry experience to her role.

Most recently Dee worked for CIGNA Healthcare managing a team of Field Account Managers responsible for servicing Middle Market and National Accounts in the tri-state region. Prior to that Dee held Leadership roles with Hartford Life and Oxford Healthplans.

Dee has a diversified background with over 20 years of industry experience which includes positions leading company turnaround initiatives, and held senior leadership roles across several products including, Medical Claim and Call Administration, Life and Premium Waiver Claim Administration, Account Management and Quality and Process improvement. Dee received her BA Degree in Communication Disorders from Southern Connecticut University.
