David Lipa is the founder and CEO of Lightserve, a document security company headquartered in Silicon Valley. He was formerly a vice president at EB Exchange Funds, a private equity firm that enables entrepreneurs to diversify by swapping stock. Prior to joining EBX, David worked at the private equity secondaries desk of Pantheon Ventures, where
he valued portfolios of illiquid securities ranging from buyout partnership positions to top quartile venture funds. He previously worked for Hambrecht & Quist Asia Pacific in Manila, assisting with direct venture investing in the Asia Pacific region, and later for Hupomone Capital Partners in Shanghai. Originally from Silicon Valley, David is a graduate of Stanford University.
