Mr. Brooks Andrews previously worked as an investment professional at Friedman Fleischer & Lowe (“FFL”), a growth-oriented private equity firm based in San Francisco. At FFL, Mr. Andrews worked on several healthcare services and facilities-based healthcare investments ranging from IT to practice management to urgent care. As an investment
professional, Mr. Andrews was primarily responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and assisting portfolio companies with the execution of their strategies.
Prior to FFL, Mr. Andrews worked at Barclay’s Capital in the firm’s investment banking division, focusing on financings, mergers and acquisitions in the communications and media industries.
Mr. Andrews received BBA degrees in Economics and Finance and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Mr. Andrews joined the Palo Alto office of Essex Woodlands in September 2013.
