Bill (William H. Hiller) serves as CEO of Hygieia Sciences LLC (Air Analytics Institute) a healthcare diagnostic technology development company and has over 25 years of experience of managing rapidly growing companies in multiple industries.
Prior to Tandem Transit, Bill served as Chairman of the Board and had an active management role at
Nextcarrier Telecom, Inc. an earlier participant in the VoIP enhanced services arena.
Founder and CEO of Pilot HSA Systems, Inc. a technology platform focused on the emerging HSA marketplace.
Bill served as the Managing Director of Emerging Technologies for the Southeast region of Arthur Andersen. In this capacity, he assisted emerging companies across the region with business management, product development plans and obtaining of financing. He has directed Outsource services, software, manufacturing and insurance service organizations through various stages of growth.
To date, Bill has provided his services to approximately 50 early stage companies, like Interland, Sageworks , E-company store, Copper River, Realm technology, Cryolife, ProNvest, PilotHSA and Sprout.
Bill has successfully founded four companies, companies (Capella Systems, FTP Services, Comverge systems (Vis-à-Vis), and PilotHSA systems), Bill has been involved in creating, developing and introducing over 50 products and services (The IRMA family, Crosstalk, Dark Horse testers), to the marketplace. He has successfully commercialized a number of technologies, and He also has extensive experience in developing sales and marketing strategies for both product and services organizations and he has managed distribution channels both domestically and internationally.
