Andre began his Ops career working in a hi-tech factory in Nagano, Japan. He has worked in and supported factories in Japan, the U.S., Europe and all across Asia. At Quantum, Andre participated on and led Product Teams that defined, developed and launched high volume disk drives into the market. Andre has led Operations and Engineering in large
and small companies. Prior to founding Ops On Tap, Andre was the VP of Engineering and Operations for Cisco Consumer Products (Linksys and Flip Video) and before that he was at Pure Digital Technologies (Flip Video) where he was hired as the VP of Ops, established the supply chain and built the Ops team before being promoted to COO. Andre loves working with startups and is passionate about Operations, New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Strategy, Negotiations, and Organizational Design.
