Mr. Boisvert served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of S Wind-up Corp., from July 2002 to April 2004. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sagent Technologies, one of SAS’s investments, and successfully completed the sale of Sagent to Group 1 Software Inc. Mr. Boisvert is a long-time Leader in the Business Intelligence arena with over 30 years of executive experience with enterprise software giants such as Oracle Corporation. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at SAS Institute, Inc. from January 2000 to February 2001. He has consulted for other high tech companies such as Microsoft and Hyperion Solutions Inc. He served as Special General Partner of Southeast Interactive Technology Funds from July 1996 to December 1999 where he served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer for two of the fund's portfolio companies and as Senior Vice President at SEER Technologies Inc., an IBM--CS First Boston joint venture, where Mr. Boisvert played a pivotal role in taking S Wind-up Corp. Prior to SEER, he held several Executive positions with Cognos Corporation, Wang Laboratories Inc., and Oracle Corporation, where he held the position of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. He started his Technology Career in 1976 when he joined IBM Corporation and where he spent thirteen years in multiple Technical, Sales, Marketing and Senior Management positions. Mr. Boisvert co-founded Pentaho Corporation in 2004. He has been the Chairman of UBmatrix, Inc., since February 27, 2007, Real Enterprise Solutions Nederland B.V. since August 2014, Palamida Inc. (formerly, Palamida Corporation), since October 2008, Infobright, Inc. since May 2008 and Issuer Direct Corporation since July 08, 2013. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of SlickEdit, Inc. He served as Chairman of Avaki Corporation. He served as Chairman of Pentaho Corporation. He served as Chairman of Compiere, Inc., since May 2006. He served as the Chairman of Zenoss, Inc., since January 2007. He serves as Vice Chairman at River Logic, Inc. He serves as a Director of Clario Analytics Inc.
