Al Yau joined Integral in February 2010. He is responsible for all of Integral's finance, operations and human resources functions.
Prior to joining Integral, he was a director at 3i, an international private equity firm, where he led growth capital investments in software, services and internet businesses.
Before that, Al was a
co-founder, VP Finance and Product Management with Guru, an online recruiting services company which was sold to Unicru.
Al began his career in finance with Goldman Sachs & Co. and in private equity with McCown De Leeuw & Co.
Al holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
