Our primary objective is to generate superior performance for our partners by allocating capital to situations that offer a compelling risk-adjusted return profile. We believe that identifying assets with significant value creation
potential, and partnering with great managers, leads to long-term out-performance.
Given our principals’ broad investing experience, we can apply our capital to a number of different industry segments; though we have a particular focus on Healthcare (IT and Tech-Enabled Services), Software and Consumer Products. Our capital base is long-term in nature and provides us the ability to be flexible with respect to structure and investment horizon.
