Ozeki commercializes the contract management and negotiations systems its founder Kenneth Carter developed for Cloudflare and Bitmovin, for which he was recognized as GC
of the Year twice. Through an innovative and judicious application of AI to negotiations, Ozeki speeds and improves negotiations processes and outcomes. The company’s technology will allow our customers to iterate through various logic threads in order to discover solutions to complex problems and recommend effective negotiations strategies. It is a novel application of AI in legal tech, most of which is currently limited to document review, redlining, and text generation.
Ozeki started technical development in April 2024 and has already built a proprietary data model of 2M contract clauses and started onboarding its first design partners.
Ozeki was selected out of more than 2,000 applicants to be 1 of the 11 companies to participate in the Techstars NYC 2024 cohort.
