Arnout Everts and Laurent Alessio founded Leap Energy in 2008, with its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and additional branch offices in Brisbane and Perth in Australia, and Bucharest in Romania. It has representative offices in Oman, India, and Indonesia.
