Dr Arnout Everts – Managing Partner Geoscience and Geo-modelling expert, holds a PhD in geology from VU University Amsterdam and has over 26 years of international experience in exploration and development geology, field development planning, E&P research and uncertainty management. Arnout has worked on shallow and deepwater clastics,
carbonates, fractured reservoirs and unconventional reservoirs; in a wide variety of settings and in basins all across the globe. Being both an expert geomodeller and seasoned seismic interpreter, Arnout can effectively liaise across the full range of subsurface disciplines. Besides his technical skills, Arnout has plentiful experience leading integrated E&P study teams. He has held technical and project lead roles with Shell International, Shell Malaysia, PETRONAS and last Murphy Oil, prior to co-founding LEAP Energy.
