Lonny Doyle: Founder
DoyleFab was founded in 2004 to fill a niche within the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. At the time, plenty of large aerospace CNC machine shops were very capable of completing mass production orders at a competitive price, but their size became a burden when it came time to produce orders with smaller quantities. Small-scale production requires the
adaptability and efficiency of a slimmer, more skilled machine shop.
Having worked as a CNC programmer and machinist for a race engine shop and as the lead of quick turn machining at an aircraft repair station, Lonny Doyle felt he had the right skillset for the job. With a single CNC mill, he started DoyleFab in one corner of the building in his backyard.
Today, DoyleFab serves customers all over the country in varying fields with the main focus still being aerospace fabrication. With a strict focus on machining efficiently, the shop has been able to satisfy customers with lower costs and quicker turn times.
