I'm part visionary, part brick layer. In a world where change is the status quo, I remain, flexible, curious, and humble.
I began my career in strategy at a small independent agency being mentored by the head of strategy. In 3 short years the agency grew to 125 and 11 planners. It was there that I built a foundation of creative problem
solving, applying a flexible, rigorous process to tackle brand, business, and communications challenges.
Since those formative years learning and flexing my strategic thinking into a wide variety of problems, I have worked hard to continually push, and challenge myself. From helping define the future state of the business for a regional bank, to defining the future of retail for one of Canada’s largest retail brands, I have always been most energized by the toughest problems.
Today, I take pride in, and am humbled by the opportunity to tackle some of the best brands’ most daunting challenges — from visions and full transformations, to brand definition brought to life through full product design and creation. This is not to say that I do it alone, far from it. I believe in surrounding myself with the smartest people in the world in the pursuit of new-to-the-world solutions.
My most valuable role is to help identify a client’s true problem to be solved, and then help apply the varied expertise of my agency’s strategy, design, and CX teams.
