Mr. Lapinski works in the Warsaw office and is responsible for Polish investment sourcing, transactions and portfolio management. Prior to joining 3TS in September of 2005, Mr. Lapinski was CFO of Netia, a Warsaw Stock exchange listed alternative telecom operator. Previously, Mr. Lapinski worked as an Regional Telecom Analyst at Deutsche Bank and
Industry Analyst at Creditanstalt in Warsaw. Mr. Lapinski is also a Supervisory Board member of few Warsaw Stock exchange listed companies. He holds a M.Sc. from the Warsaw School of Economics.
