Having spent 4 years as a professional rock musician, Zak began his financial career in late 1997 as an equities trader in the City of London. He latterly co-founded Boka Group, an alternative investment firm and spent several years as a headhunter in the asset & wealth management sectors. Zak returned to the investment industry in January
2017, joining BetaSmartz as Managing Director & Head of Asia, based in Hong Kong. Zak is a member of the Board of Directors, sits on the Investment Committee and now acts as Chief Commercial Officer for the group globally.
