Zack Schuler has been a leader and innovator in IT consulting and computer services industry for over fifteen years. While working in the computer department at Circuit City in Woodland Hills, California during his undergraduate studies, Zack would receive requests from customers asking him to "Come to my house, set up my PC, and show me how
to use it?" Circuit City didn't offer theses services at the time so, so seeing an opportunity, Zack started PC literate: an in home computer setup, training, and support company where he was the sole employee.
Beginning with a solid foundation in business management, marketing, and I.T. systems, Zack founded Cal Net Technology Group in 1995 in order to fill a growing need for quality technology consulting services for the small and middle market. Zack’s leadership, dedication and focus have helped build Cal Net into a thriving company of talented technology consultants and engineers, relied upon by hundreds of businesses and considered by Microsoft as one of their top partners in Los Angeles. In addition to his keen business skills, Zack possesses a profound understanding of emerging technology and its purpose in diverse business industries, working closely with product manufacturers to help them develop and improve solutions for corporate systems.
Mr. Schuler earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from California State University Northridge, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation back in 1997. He is an active member of the Heartland Technology Group, a nationwide council of I.T. service industry executives, as well as a member of the Vistage CEO peer group. He has been awarded the “40 under 40†award from the San Fernando Valley Business Journal and his accomplishments have been recognized and opinions published in the Los Angeles Business Journal, the Los Angeles Times, Computer Reseller News (CRN), and many other news media outlets.
Zack spends much of his free time with his wife and 3 children, is an avid cyclist and paddle surfer, and is on the Board of Governors for a nonprofit called Opportunity International
