Zach has 9 years of professional investment experience and joined the Ohio TechAngel Funds management team in 2011. He focuses on screening deal flow, due diligence, and ongoing portfolio management. Previously Zach served as a research analyst for a 6-person team at UBS Financial Services which focused on private wealth management and
institutional consulting. He acted as an assistant portfolio manager for the team’s discretionary portfolio management clients, performed investment due diligence for the team’s institutional clients, and profiled companies for potential referral to the UBS Investment Banking and Private Equity deal origination team.
Zach earned a B.A. in Philosophy from the Ohio State University and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, and previously served as a grader for the CFA Exam Grading Program. Zach lives in Dublin with his wife and daughter, and volunteers with several charitable organizations and is a member of the Worthington Noon Lions Club.
