strategies and successfully implemented foundation for eHealth transformations in Ukraine. Leading the e-Health development and implementation, he created a team to deliver critical eHealth milestones against aggressive timelines in partnership with the Government of Ukraine and leading NGO organizations. The eHealth system scaled up to 20mln registered users in less than 2 years. In previous roles, his leadership resulted in an innovative reform of Ukraine’s procurement system, and established a new information system called ProZorro, that has revolutionized Ukraine’s public procurements system.
