The first condominium conversion initiative Yuin Kim and Zwerver undertook occurred after the company noted price increases for raw land. The firm decided to convert a portion of their holdings into 32 condos, which sold out before the project was even completed. Demand was strong enough in the lead-up to the project’s completion to increase the average value of each unit by about $100,000.
