Ms. YANG Lin joined Legend Capital in 2001 and has served in succession as Senior Financial Advisor and Chief Financial Advisor. She is now in charge of providing financial support in the whole investment process from deal due diligence, post-investment management to exits. She is a partner of Legend Capital.
Ms. Yang has a thorough knowledge
and in-depth understanding of financial accounting and financial management for all development stages of Chinese enterprises, and has accumulated rich and practical experience in the application of financial tools to internal business management and financial information requirements of the capital market.
Ms. Yang joined Legend Group in 1992 as Deputy General Manager of the Financial Department, responsible for internal audit of the group company. She was also involved in formulating and improving the group company’s financial management system, and developing the financial statements for earnings release of Lenovo Group (0992.HK).
Ms. Yang received a Bachelor of Economics degree from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 1987, and a Master of Economics degree from Renmin University of China in 1990. She became a Certified Accountant granted by the Ministry of Finance in 1993 and Senior Engineer qualified by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in
2001.
