Prior to V Fund, Mr. Li was the Head of China A-Share Financing Group and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs. Meanwhile, he was also a member of Asia Pacific standards committee of Goldman Sachs and the chairman of Goldman Sachs China Internal audit committee. Mr. Li also worked in investment banking division in CICC and CSC and engaged in various
types of financing and M&A deals. Mr. Li is a veteran of China capital market with more than 22 years of investment related experience. Mr. Li is a sponsor of A-Share and non-practicing member of China Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
