Mr. Xiaoping Chen is our founder, and has served as the chairman of our board of directors and chief executive officer since our inception. Mr. Chen founded our company in May 2014. Prior to that, he served multiple positions in Midea Group Co., Ltd from 1999 to 2014, including vice president of development department and he was in charge of the
research & development center from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Chen received his MBA degree from Sun Yat-sen University, and his dual bachelor’s degrees in engineering and finance from Huazhong University of Science & Technology in 1998.
