From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Xiao worked at the Beijing No. 7 Law Firm as the assistant to the director. Between 1987 and 1989, he practiced as a lawyer at the China Legal Affairs Centre and held the position of director of the Centre’s Hainan office. JunHe was established in 1989 with Mr. Xiao as a founding partner. While he worked at JunHe, Mr. Xiao
acted as a member of the Fourth and Fifth Sessions of the Issuance Examination Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission during 1999 and 2003, and a member of the Listing Company Material Restructuring Examination Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission during 2002 and 2004. He successively held the offices of independent director at Guangju Energy, Zhong Ou Asset Management, China Pacific Insurance (Group), Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Company Limited, Yantai Changyu Pioneer Wine Company Limited and Hua Xia Bank.
