industrial technology background and a deep understanding of the development trend and commercialization prospects of the chemical industry and its downstream applications, and has excellent management capabilities, technical capabilities and profound insights into commercialization. Since the founding of the Company in 2011, Dr. Lu has been serving as the chairwoman and since March 2012, she has been serving as the general manager of the Company, leading the Company to deepen the development of small-molecule compounds to empower pharmaceutical, new materials, alternative energy and other fields, and optimizing production and operation models to achieve commercialization of products and technologies.
