Professor Ho has been actively involved both in academic research and industrial products development for 30 years. He holds his Master’s degree in Control Engineering from the Saskatchewan University, Canada. He is responsible for design and market the first fully automatic inline back-end equipment to Southeast Asia. He joined Intra-Tech Ltd as
Technical Director in 1997 and built the first China made fully automatic Ultrasonic Aluminium Wire Bonding System.
