A member of the team since 2015, Winston is currently the Head of Investments in MDI Ventures and leads investment operations, portfolio management, valuations, and divestment initiatives. He is in charge of leading due diligences of business models, commercial, financial modelling, valuation, and risk analysis.
His contribution in investments as
an Investment Associate has made the fund perform above industry standards, allowing the team to coin valuable exit deals and provide a sizeable net return to Telkom Group.
Prior to joining the investment team, Winston has also served as an Investment Analyst in Indigo Creative Nation, Telkom Group’s incubator and accelerator program. He has contributed to capture a 40% follow-on-funding rate—a record breaking rate on any Southeast Asian incubator program during the period.
