Wilson has been working in logistics for 35 years. He started as a transport planner in the concrete industry with Steetly and worked his way up to building and managing a nine depot network across Southern England with a multi-million pound turnover. After successfully managing this project he decided he needed a new challenge and started Panther
from his living room.
