During his 33-year-plus tenure with Harry Pepper & Associates, Will has garnered an intimate knowledge of every aspect of the HPA organization. A seasoned veteran of the MEP field, Will has worn many hats ranging from plumber/pipefitter, mechanical foreman and project engineer to Chief Estimator, VP of Procurement, and his current position
as President and CEO.
Will lends his expertise to a variety of HPA’s daily operations, including: project management, procurement, contract negotiation, and construction estimating. He also plays a key role in overcoming the many challenges that arise from being part of a company known for being an innovative leader in the MEP and design/build industry.
