Mr. Richmond serves as Managing Director of MFMvc and Media Funding Management, two operating divisions of Caregivers Intl., Ltd.
Prior to Caregivers' acquisition of MFMvc and Media Funding Management in 2011, Mr. Richmond worked for MFM, a Delaware corporation and its predecessors in interest including Venture Capital Media, as general
counsel from February, 2000, Vice President from 2002 and Managing Director from 2004.
Richmond received an LL. M. from the Morin Center for International Banking Law Studies at Boston University School of Law in 1995.
He earned his J.D., with a concentration in International Business, from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1994. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College in 1978.
