William Hamilton has served at many levels of Teamster elected office. He was elected President of Local 107 in 2000, a position he still holds. In his time at the local, he organized many new Teamsters, and worked closely with freight and DHL members.
Hamilton was appointed as an Eastern Region International Vice President in early 2008.
Hamilton was appointed as the President of the Pennsylvania Conference of Teamsters, effective January 1, 2010.
He is also Trustee and Co-Chairman of the Health, Welfare and Pension Fund of Philadelphia. He has been a Teamster since 1966.
