William Gresse (founder and CEO) has over 28 years experience in Human Resources Management.
He has developed and facilitated numerous HR programs and interventions over the years, priding himself as an innovator who continually challenges the status quo in search for new and improved ways of doing things.
He obtained his BA Honours Degree in
Training Management in 1987, cum laude.
William has been custom-designing Employee Performance Management and Review Systems for organizations (large and small) since 1996. Appraisal Smart Pty Ltd was established in early 2004, incorporating his specialist knowledge and experience in this HR discipline into the online Appraisal Smart, Goal Management, Smart360, and Learning Management Systems.
