Mr. Fowler is a speaker, author and consultant for educational institutions and companies that serve the education market worldwide. He has 20 years of experience in education as an educator, administrator and in leading industry teams in the education sector.
As the former Director of Cisco’s Global Education Group, Mr. Fowler developed
strategies for higher education, education and commerce industries and educational institutions worldwide. He also acted as Global Ambassador to education and was the Executive Director for Cisco’s largest and most comprehensive education programs.
Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Fowler served as Assistant Superintendent for Business Affairs and General Council for schools in Riverside County and South Central Los Angeles, California. He has taught at the high school level and was an adjunct at the University of Arizona. Mr. Fowler has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor from Western State University.
He is a Digital Vision Fellow at Stanford University developing innovation low-cost, low-power education solutions and serves on the jury of the Index Design for Life Awards.
